First Newborn visit at Home.
3 Months of Infant Membership: unlimited wellness, sick visits, and Telemedicine.
Direct access to Dr. Naves through Email, Text and Phone.
Lactation and feeding support, with access to certified lactation consultant.
Upgrade to Platinum:
Includes Basic services plus All Wellness visits at Home during the 3month period, includes vaccine administration.
Unlimited Office and Telehealth visits.
